Found... the Easter Bunny!

OK so that heading was a bit of an exaggeration... but wouldn't it be great if this was what the Easter bunny really looked like?
This super cute bunny is made from a pattern sourced at http://craftzine.com (Spring Bunny Pattern by Stephanie Jessica Lau) and a great example to add to the challenge mentioned in an earlier post... 'how to use left overs from knitting socks'.
This bunny is still rather unfinished - I think she'll have to have a flower or ruffle or something... the original pattern has a crocheted flower and material lining to the ears and soles of the feet.
The cuteness of the bunny meant there was an instant request for another "with it's ears pointing the right way!" That one is in process and has 'real' toy eyes rather than embroidered, is in variegated white-brown wool... and also very cute - a bit of a big brother look to it so far!... I'll post when finished.
