Yummy Dessert Tart

This dessert has to be the yummiest I've had recently!
We hadn't had dessert for a while with dinner (icecream in a cone doesn't really count!) so when Kels offered to make an apple pie I didn't know she intended creating this masterpiece dish instead.
Sweet short pastry with a filling of a combination of apple, rhubarb and strawberries. - tinned apple cubes, fresh and frozen rhubarb, and frozen halved strawberries. Using a little brown sugar rather than white.
And lining the dish with paper to save on the washing up.

We added lightly whipped cream and the dessert tart was divine!
And it was just as good tonight when we reheated it, got some more cream and finished it off!
